Who we are
suncrm.space is run by the Sun Ecosystem team, the makers of a CRM/ERP platform for business. For anything about personal data, write to site@sunny.net.ua or call +380 67 679 66 88.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the site forms: name, email, phone and comment. For site visits, Google Analytics 4 receives technical data: page address, referral source, device and browser type, IP address (Google does not store it in full).
Why
Form data lets us answer your request: run a demo, prepare a proposal or discuss a partnership. Statistics show us what works on the site and what to improve.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode. Until you click “Accept”, no analytics cookies are set and Google receives only anonymised cookieless signals. After you consent, Google Analytics cookies (_ga) are set to recognise repeat visits. You can change your mind at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
Storage and sharing
Requests arrive by email at site@sunny.net.ua and are kept only as long as we need them. We do not sell your data. Visit data is processed by Google (Google Analytics) as described above.
Your rights
You can ask which of your data we hold, correct it or ask us to delete it. Send the request to site@sunny.net.ua — we reply within 30 days.
